Walk 30 minutes at least 3 times a week Fewer Ice Caps from Tim Hortons Streaching at least 3 times a day for 5 minutes each time Drinking 8 water bottles per day

July 31 190 Update:
Tuesday...no caffine (except my coffee), no Tim's muffins, no hamburgers, did my streaching and walking but its too hot for more, drank my 8x500 ml of water. All in all not too bad. Miss you guys..... Wednesday......no caffine (except my coffee), no Tim's muffins, no hamburgers, did a portion of my streaching and walking but its too hot for more (humidex at 45 degrees and my asthma is going crazy bad) and today I am really stressed and grumpy, drank my 8x500 ml of water. Thursday....Did 3 x 10 minute walks. Tuna sandwich for lunch. Used flax bread. Cheated in the afternoon as I was depressed so I bought a muffin (guilt). Meatloaf for dinner. No potatoes, glass of skim milk. Did some "streaching for a depressed person" type streaches.....thats streaching without enthusiasm... . Friday:
No time to walk as work was superbusy and I had to eat a cookie at 3:00 pm. (Guilt again). I get tired in the afternoons cause I wake up so early (usually 4:30-5:00 am) so its hard for me like that. Meatloaf sandwich on flax bread for lunch. Raisin bran cereal for dinner. What, me cook?? wtf??
No Tim Hortons all week!!
New Challenges:

Bowl of shreddies and skim milk and a banana for breakfast Chimichanga and rice for lunch Tuca sandwich and flax bread for dinner And I have been drinking my 8 bottles of water every day And no snacks!! But I was tempted though! Some deranged person put a piece of cake in front of me.....but this time I was strong!...lol

Update:
I find myself getting a bit discouraged with this lately. I suppose this is normal but with my weight remaining the same for 3 weeks and my enthusiasm dwindling I am finding it hard to keep this going. I don't know why but I suppose other things in life seem more important sometimes. My last weigh-in was still at 190 with no progress at all.

I am maintaining my walks for the most part, drink a ridiculous amount of water and don't cheat (except for some ice cream this week cause I need comfort food) and have no Tim Hortons, no white flour, no caffene (exept my coffee in the morning).......any hints people?
