Mellissa's Space

  This is mellissa's space for updates & area of support needed.
 
 

What I would like to accomplish is to look and feel better about myself. I am currently in between jobs and have put on an extra 20 lbs. while at home. So, my goal is to take it back off! 

 

Goal:                    Lose 15 lbs. by October        (Going on All Girls Cruise)

Start Weight:     155 lbs.

 

Daily Goals:                            Exercise in some way…no mater what! Drink 8 glasses of water. Eat smaller portioned sized meals every 3-4 hrs during the day rather than overeating at mealtime  Log onto Weight Support Space for Daily Inspiration & Motivation (Brownie Points) 

Exercise Routine:Monday: A.M. Tae-Bo Fat Blaster DVD & weights P.M. Stretching & Meditation Tuesday:

A.M. Denise Austin Pilate’s DVD

P.M.  Take a walk w/Kiwi in the neighborhood (my Chihuahua)Wednesday:

A.M. Tae-Bo Cardio DVD & weight

P.M Walk outdoors for 30-60 minutes   (hopefully w/ my daughter)Thursday:

A.M. Denise Austin Pilate’s DVDP.M Take a walk w/Molly in the woods (my Jack Russell mix) Friday: A.M. Tae-Bo Fat Blaster DVD & weights Streching P.M. Stetching & Meditation  Saturday: Do and activity such as play tennis, bike ride, swim, etc. Sunday: Yard work, Gardening
