Moe's challenges:
 
As for my challenge I think the first thing in order for me is my water consumption. 
The next is exercise.  I am not afraid to say that I totally loathe it. 
 
 
Update
I have made a new list at my space called "Weekly Challenges" and I am going to write there every day as I have completed my daily challenges.  Last week as was able to get back on track with the water drinking so I would like to keep that as a challenge for this week as well.  The challenge seems to be working for me and I am making a concentrated effort to complete that task every day.  I also started doing sit ups last week.  Although it was only 60 x 2 times for the week that is an accomplishment for me as I have not done any for ages.  I am also trying to keep up with my walking, weather permitting.

walk - 35 minutes 3.8 kms - Completed 6+ glasses of water - Completed
Tuesday
walk - 35 minutes 4 kms - Completed 60 sit-ups - Completed 6+ glasses of water - Completed
Wednesday

walk - 32 minutes 4 kms - Completed 60 sit-ups - Completed 8 glasses of water - Completed

 

Update:

I have upped my exercise a bit.  I have added more crunches and some of those dang butt lifts that Kari is so fond of...lol.  I have been keeping up with the walking.  I know I said that I would try about 3 times a week but with the nice weather I have found myself getting out a little more often.
